Refund policy

30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, including if you change your mind. Email info@lintai.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Contact us before sending any fuel back so we can confirm the permitted return method and packaging requirements.

Return condition
For change-of-mind returns, fuel must be unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging, with labels intact. Used or partially consumed fuel is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. These conditions do not prevent claims for products received damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 3 calendar days if an item is damaged, has a quality issue or is not what you ordered. Include your order number, a description and photos of the issue and packaging where available. This 3-day reporting request does not shorten the 30-day return window or limit your rights under applicable law.

Return shipping and fees
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping to our return address in China, including international shipping and any carrier-required dangerous goods handling charges. These customer-paid return shipping costs are not refundable. We will confirm the return shipping arrangements and applicable costs before you send the product.

For confirmed damage, quality issues or incorrectly supplied items, LINTAI covers return shipping. Contact us for the shipping arrangements before paying for a return shipment.

Restocking fee: $0.00. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return transport
Do not send fuel through ordinary mail or another service without confirming that the carrier accepts the shipment. Do not return leaking products or damaged fuel packaging without our instructions. A return to China requires a lawful cross-border transport method; the address below does not mean every fuel product can be mailed internationally.

If transport restrictions prevent a return, contact us for review of the order, product condition and available resolution. We will confirm the agreed resolution in writing and will not require you to make a prohibited shipment. This process does not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect an authorized return, or approve a refund following review where return shipment is not required, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 business days. The refund includes the amount paid for the refunded item and applicable taxes. If your refund has not arrived within 5 business days after approval, contact info@lintai.shop.

Cancellations
Contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request cancellation. Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Approved cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
