LINTAI is the online store of Linli Lintai Fuel Oil Co., Ltd., a solid fuel manufacturer based in China. We sell solid fuel products to customers within our stated U.S. delivery area through lintai.shop. These terms apply to purchases made through our website.

Orders and product information
Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Before ordering, check the product's weight, package quantity, intended uses and equipment compatibility.

Orders are subject to availability and payment approval. If we cannot fulfill an order because of an availability issue, a pricing error or a payment problem, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or increase an accepted order's price without your agreement. Any canceled, paid order will be refunded.

Product use and safety information
Solid fuel must be handled, stored and used according to its label, applicable safety instructions and the equipment manufacturer's directions. Keep fuel away from children and unintended ignition sources. Never add fuel to a lit or hot burner. Contact info@lintai.shop for product-specific safety documents or questions about the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, any import charges payable by you, and the final order total are disclosed before payment. Standard shipping to eligible addresses is free. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Changes and cancellations
Email info@lintai.shop within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Include your order number. Changes and cancellations are available only before shipment. After shipment, please follow our Refund Policy.

Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Delivery estimates, return conditions and any customer-paid return costs are explained in those policies.

Website use and consumer rights
Do not use our website for unlawful activity or interfere with its operation. Website content may not be copied for commercial use without permission, except where permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
